Please choose from the following three ceremonies that we are able to perform. Let us know on the day of your ceremony if you do not wish to exchange rings, as we can exclude that from any of the ceremonies.

EXCHANGE OF VOWS

"__________", do you take this woman/man to be your wife/husband, to live together in (holy) matrimony, to love, honor, comfort her/him and keep her/him in sickness and in health, and forsaking all others, for as long as you both shall live?

Spouse answers, "I do."

"__________", do you take this man/woman to be your husband/wife, to live together in (holy) matrimony, to love, honor, comfort him/her and keep him/her in sickness and in health, and forsaking all others, for as long as you both shall live?

Spouse answers, "I do."

To the First Spouse, "Repeat after me"

I, "__________" take you "__________" To be my wife/husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death do us part.

To the Second Spouse, "Repeat after me"

I, "__________" Take you "__________" To be my husband/wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death do us part.

EXCHANGE OF RINGS

Ask the first spouse to place the ring on the second spouse’s finger and to repeat the following, "I give you this ring as a token and pledge of our constant faith and abiding love."

Ask the second spouse to place the ring on the second spouse’s finger and to repeat the following, "I give you this ring as a token and pledge of our constant faith and abiding love."

By virtue of the authority vested in me under the laws of the State of Florida, I now pronounce you husband and wife –or- joined in matrimony.
